How are Thigh Lifts Performed?

Drs. Rosenberg and Lambrushi begin thigh lifts by making an incision on the upper thigh where it meets the buttocks or in the groin area, near the hip. The skin will be gently separated from the muscle tissue, and then the surgeon will trim the excess skin. Sometimes liposuction is recommended if there is an excessive amount of fat. What to Expect After Your Thigh Lift?

Following your thigh lift, Drs. Rosenberg and Lambrushi will apply a soft dressing and compression garment to aid in healing. Occasionally there will be a tube needed for excess drainage.
